伊甸教會

伊甸教會簡介

　　伊甸教會成立於1985年，秉持著聖經真理；建立傷健一家之典範教會。台灣殘障人口約達二百萬名，其分佈於各市鎮及偏遠地區，因身體機能之因素，殘障者在身心靈方面，甚需培槙與眷顧，更需耶穌基督救贖之恩典。所以伊甸教會本於「高舉基督耀主名」、「成全聖徒為精兵」、「領百萬殘友歸主」、「傷健合樂成一家」為宗旨，使之會友被成全與建立。

　　我們願以生命來見證上帝慈愛；並傳揚耶穌基督的救恩，這便是我們最大異象與宗旨。

　　「所以我們不喪膽，外體雖然毀壞，內心卻一天新似一天，我們這至暫至輕的苦楚，要為我們成就極重無比永遠的榮耀！」

Brief Introduction of Taipei Eden Church

This Church was established in 1985.  Fortified with the much cherished wish to build a paragon of church that its members consists of both the healthy and retarded. There are about two million retarded ones in the total population of Taiwan spreading all over the island.  Because of their retardation, they need desperately both physical and spiritual aids and concern to keep on their will of struggling livings and desire more of blessings from God.  To sum up our means and objectives, we intent  “To make them become outstanding members”,  “To guide millions of the retarded to become Christians”, “To build up blissful families consisting of both the healthy and retarded”.

We want to witness, with our life as guarantee, the love of God, and explore and preach His blessings. These are our objectives.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.     Corinthians 4:16-17

This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: "He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases."                 Matthew 8: 17
